We sign and implement: Sochi forum agreements
The Krasnodar Region concluded 242 agreements of understanding to implement investment projects for a total amount of 760 billion rubles at the Sochi Forum exactly one year ago.
At present time, 34 agreements have been implemented in 17 Municipal Formations of the Krasnodar Region.
The a great weight of investments of the «Sochi-2016» Forum, namely 385 billion rubles, falls on the investment project being implemented for the creation and development of the OTEKO port and industrial park in the port of Taman. The agreement was signed between the Administration of the Krasnodar Region and United Transport and Forwarding Company JSC, which is the largest investor in the port infrastructure of the South of Russia. As a result of the agreement implemented, ammonia, carbamide and methanol production plants, light hydrocarbon and soybean processing plants, livestock feed production plant, as well as a hi-tech greenhouse complex and social infrastructure will appear in the port of Taman. The project is planned to be completed in 2021, and about 10 thousand new jobs will be created.
Between the Administration of the Krasnodar Region, the Administration of the Municipal Formation Vyselki District and Syry Kubani LLC, an agreement on the construction of the second stage of a factory for the production of cheese, butter and соmprehensive processing of whey in the village of Vyselki on the amount of 2.5 billion rubles was signed within the business event. With reaching the designed capacity, the plant will process 600 tons of milk per day. Based on the results of the second phase of the project, 67 new jobs were created in the district.
Another three-party agreement for the construction of a shopping complex was signed and implemented on 1.4 billion rubles between the Regional Department of the Consumers Sphere and the Regulation of the Alcohol Market, the Administration of Krasnodar City and Lenta LLC. The new center is located on Krasnykh Partizan Street; it allowed creating 222 new jobs in the city.
Within the agreement between the Administration of the Municipal Formation Kalininskaya District and the Kuban Bacon LLC, the reconstruction of the pig-breeding complex on the amount of 1.1 billion rubles was executed, and 40 new jobs were created.
The «Bora Bora Beach Club Anapa» water-entertainment complex started its operation on the territory of the tourist and recreational cluster Abrau-Utrish. The agreement on the implementation of this project was signed between the Regional Ministry of Resorts, Tourism and the Olympic Heritage, the Administration of the Municipal Formation of the Resort City of Anapa and the entrepreneur Yuriy Akopyan. The volume of assimilated investments amounted to 447 million rubles. The project provided 80 new jobs.
