Construction of a fruit warehouse with the capacity of 9,000 tons of fruit
OOO Plodovoye is one of the largest farms in Russia producing apples, cherries and sweet cherries.
In 2020, as part of the project, the first stage of the fruit storage facility with a capacity of 4.5 thousand tons of fruit was built and put into operation. The newly constructed apple storage facility will provide optimal conditions for fruit preservation over a long period of time, including regulated temperature and humidity levels. Fresh apples remain in excellent condition due to a unique gas environment that maintains the quality of this product from Kuban. There is also a shop for processing, sorting, and packing of goods.
The products Fruits of Kuban for Manya and Vanya brand are delivered to the largest federal and regional retail chains of the country.

Construction and operation of a pig breeding and genetics center
OOO Yaseni Trading House is one of the successful small enterprises of Yeisk district, established in 2011. Its main activity is pig breeding (01.46).
In 2022, as part of the project, a pig breeding selection and genetics center with a production capacity of up to 40,000 pigs per year will be built and put into operation.
The breeding and genetics center will breed Yorkshire, Landrace and Large White pigs. The complex is built on 27 hectares of land. A total of 11 buildings are equipped for the animals. The new production will partially replace foreign supplies of pedigree pigs to the Russian Federation and revive the pig breeding industry in Yeisk district.
