Veniamin Kondratyev: Since the beginning of 2025, 102 major investment projects with a total value of 113 billion roubles implemented

Issues related to improving the business climate in the region were discussed at a meeting held by the governor of the Krasnodar Region.

«In 2022, we established the Investment Promotion Agency, which currently has 352 investment projects in progress. Additional 102 projects have been completed since the beginning of the year. The total value of projects currently being implemented in the region is 4.4 trillion roubles. It is essential to understand the stage of each project and to respond promptly to any challenges that arise, such as obtaining permits, selecting land plots, obtaining technical specifications, and commissioning. Municipal leaders must demonstrate their commitment by personally accompanying investors at every stage of project implementation. Only this way can we achieve the results we strive for, and ensure that investors continue to choose the Krasnodar Region,» said Veniamin Kondratyev.

Deputy Governor Alexander Ruppel reported that approximately 440 billion roubles had already been attracted to the region's economy in the first half of the year. According to Alexander Ruppel, this indicates that at least 1.2 trillion roubles can be expected by the end of 2025.

«We have digitised the processes of attracting and supporting investors and have been implementing the 'single window' principle. We have also optimised and accelerated many processes and created a competitive system of preferences,» said Alexander Ruppel.

Yulia Prikhodko, Director of the Investment Promotion Agency, stated that according to the results of an independent assessment, the region's Investment Promotion Agency was ranked among the top seven in Russia. These results were achieved in just two years of operation.

"We expect that at least 20 more investors will have launched projects by the end of this year. We have established a vital connection between investors, authorities, resource suppliers, and other stakeholders. The statistics are clear: while we received minimal inquiries in the first few months of operation, over the past six months we have been receiving at least 50 inquiries from entrepreneurs every day,» said Yulia Prikhodko.
