Kuban manufacturers to participate for the first time in international children’s goods fair Mir Detstva 2025

The trade fair will take place in Moscow from September 17 to 19. The Krasnodar Region’s booth will be organized by the Ministry of Industrial Policy and the Industry Development Fund of the Krasnodar Region.

«For the first time, we participate in Mir Detstva as a joint exhibition. Five regional companies will present their products. Import restrictions on children’s goods have greatly boosted domestic production. Currently, over 30 industrial enterprises in Kuban produce children’s goods, compared to just 30 companies, including food producers, two years ago,» said Dmitry Khmelko, Minister of Industrial Policy.

The region manufactures textiles for nurseries, clothing for babies, uniforms for schoolchildren and Cossack classes, shoes, including orthopedic ones, educational computers, toys, playground equipment, water slides, attractions, and furniture for educational institutions. These products are distributed not only locally but throughout Russia and neighboring countries.

«At our joint booth, we will feature one of Kuban’s leading toy and plastic construction set manufacturers, Rusplast, as well as the region’s sole producer of artificial Christmas trees, owned by entrepreneur Evgeniy Mikhaylevsky. We will also bring children’s furniture supplied to regional educational institutions by entrepreneur Dmitry Lavrenko and KubanLesStroy company, as well as printed and plastic products from KubanPechat,» said Dmitry Tsaplev, director of the Industry Development Fund of the Krasnodar Region.
