Deputy Governor Roman Luzinov announced this news during a meeting of the region's budget revenue assurance committee.
«Over the first 11 months of 2025, non-tax revenues have grown by 4% compared to the same period in 2024. According to the plan, it was necessary to ensure over 21 billion roubles of non-tax revenues in the consolidated budget,» said Roman Luzinov.
Since the beginning of the year, 93% of the planned non-tax revenues for the budget of the Krasnodar Region have already been collected. This includes payments for land and property leases, proceeds from the sale of land plots, dividend payments, and transfers of part of the profits of state unitary enterprises.
This year, land rent income amounted to almost 12.4 billion roubles. The sale of land plots, property, and shares is the second-largest source, while other income from the use of property is the third-largest source of revenue. In 2025, there was a 44% increase in revenue from share dividends. Sochi, Krasnodar, Gelendzhik, Novorossiysk, Anapa, and Belorechensky and Yeisky districts are leading the way in terms of non-tax revenue collection.
