Representatives of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Krasnodar Territory visited India on a business mission

A delegation of Kuban investment specialists visited the cities of Pune and Mumbai.

Agency delegates toured a top-notch diagnostic facility and a household appliance manufacturer in India, showcasing the benefits of investing in the Krasnodar Territory and discussing potential investment opportunities with interested stakeholders.

The initial meeting between Kuban experts and Indian investors marked the beginning of a lasting collaboration and mutually advantageous business connections. The 14th India-Russia Forum, held in Moscow in December 2023, served as the starting point for interaction between India and Russia. Alexander Ruppel, Vice-Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, showcased the potential of the region at the exhibition. During their bilateral meeting, the two parties discussed various topics, including collaboration in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, improving trade and logistics, strengthening ties in tourism and culture, and advancing digital transformation and e-commerce.

In April 2023, Indian film producers visited the Krasnodar Territory. The guests were introduced to the activities of the film committee, which supports film projects, and also held a roundtable discussion. The group talked about practicalities of shooting films in the area and local preferences for film producers.
