That was an industrial park of the Magnit Group of Companies in the village of Dorozhnyi. Veniamin Kondratyev visited the site and the nearby mushroom growing complex.
The mushroom plant is located on more than 50 hectares and today it is the largest in Russia, its capacity allows producing nearly 6.5 thousand tons of mushrooms per year.
The general director of the Magnit Retail Network Sergey Galitskiy told the Head of the Region about the new production, showed main shops of the mushroom complex and laboratories where the quality of the grown products is tested. According to him, the plant carries out a full cycle: from straw harvesting for the compost production to packaging of finished products and delivery them to the sales network, the press service of the Administration of the Krasnodar Region informs.
Veniamin Kondratyev noted that such enterprises are important for Kuban.
- We get a completely different cost price when producing products in the region, rather than buying them abroad. In this case, we can guarantee the quality and influence its value ourselves, establish socially-oriented prices, so that the region would feel well and confidently, the Governor said.
The Head of the Region estimated the possibilities of the plant and expressed his confidence in that the next stage will soon come the start of the enterprises is already in the territory of the «Krasnodar» industrial park.
The decision to create the industrial park was made within the «Sochi-2015» International Investment Forum. The total area of the park is over 236 hectares. In 2016, the Magnit Group of Companies started construction of the facility. The work is planned in three stages: the first stage will be completed in 2018, the second one in 2019, and the third one in 2019-2020. Currently, the engineering park and transport infrastructure are being constructed in the territory of the industrial park. The enterprises for the production of food products, hygiene and household chemicals included in the Magnit Group of Companies, such as Konditer Kubani, Kuban Bread Products Combine and Volshebnaya Svezhest, became residents of the park.
