New Exhibition Complex Is Being Built in the Kuban Capital

A longtime Kuban partner, Group of Companies RAMO-M, is going to commission the Exhibition Complex "ExpoGrad South" in Krasnodar at the end of 2015.

The complex is being constructed near the Krasnodar Western Bypass on a plot of 11 hectares.

"ExpoGrad South" will include more than 35 thousand sq. m of covered area (4 pavilions and conference rooms), as well as about 18 thousand sq. m of open areas.

Investment amount in the construction of the exhibition complex will be 1.5 billion rubles, – the press-service of the RAMO-M Holding report.

The agreement on the implementation of this project by the Administration of the Krasnodar region was concluded between the Administration of Krasnodar and the investor at the International Investment Forum "Sochi – 2013".

A number of agreements was concluded between the Administration of the Krasnodar region and the RAMO-M Holding at the Investment Forum "Sochi" in different years on the implementation of investment projects for creation and development of the network of shopping and entertainment centers (SECs) corresponding to modern requirements, as well as residential and resort complexes on the territory of the region.

At present time, the holding has successfully implemented investment projects on creating SEC "Red Square" in Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Anapa, Tuapse and Armavir.

The holding also constructs a residential area  "Alexandrovskiy Garden" in Krasnodar and a resort complex Costa Rusa in Tuapse region.
