It is planned to construct a new agricultural enterprise in Starominskaya district.
Within the scope of the project, the prospective investor is offered to invest into the construction of an enterprise that will produce starch, wheat gluten meals, protein-starch mix and distiller’s dried grains.
According to the business plan, the project worth 7 billion rubles will be recouped for approximately four years. Eventually, the construction of the enterprise in the region will enable to create 356 new work places.
The finished products will be merchandized at the animal containment facility and food industry enterprise of Krasnodar region and Rostov region.
Such production is relevant in the context of import substitution. Thus, dry gluten is used in bakery, meat processing, canning and a number of other industries. However, the consumed volume of this product in Russia is totally import. The modified starches, fructose and glucose are used by the producers of confectioneries, bakeries, ice cream, mayonnaise and ketchups. The main portion of these components used at the Russian enterprises is imported from far-abroad countries.
